Fundraising around company clusters: raising more than $1 billion is no easy feat. But it is necessary to fund 420 teams for 5 years each. They will be the engines that turn the results of our hacks into action. In our last action hack, we developed a fundraising strategy for clusters of companies.

💧 Win female railway CEOs: There are quite a few women leading railway companies. Do you know anyone (who knows someone)? Would be amazing to have contact with some of them.

💧 Provide a problem/solution for a top of mind issue of railway CEOs: Do you have insights or ideas about what problems railway CEOs have / should have? This increases the chances to activate potential contributors.

💧 Find proof of existing Hackathons. Why could it work? If you know a successful (climate) hackathon, please provide us with some “proofs” of their success, we can use in fundraising.

💧 Work & complete the grid of potential fundraising clusters: To find other promising clusters, we used the behavioral change matrix of Ernst Fehr et al. You could provide other ideas and put them into this grid. If the link to Miro doesn't work for you, please use this GoogleDoc.
